Thanks to this app I make a daily trip inside my mind and my body. I feel regenerated and quiet after only 10 minutes of practice.
I use this app often when I travel. Even though its a bit short, just 10 min, it helps me to relax or sometimes to fall asleep when my mind wanders around
I listen to this when I need to relax or to help me fall asleep. Works like a charm. Great app.

I have been using this mini yoga nidra before bed to calm and center. As a open to a meditation. It is also a good introduction to awakening your senses and body awareness

Some bad moments

Really dont know how good it is because it shuts down at the opening screen EVERY time. I have even re-installed four different times!!!! Still cant get it to work.
The words are effective, but the recording is amateurish to a distracting degree. One can hear the speakers salivatory noises quite consistently and he sounds--sorry--quite like a slobbering dog. It is quite a buzz-kill. He is continually swallowing saliva and making gross noises. Another problem is the music that plays before and after cannot be disabled. It is too loud and it is not pleasant to have to reach for the phone to turn it off. Also, the vocal volume is too low. If the recording had done professionally done on a technical level and if the speaker was a better broadcaster, I think the app would be strong. The music problem would have to be remedied as well.

Ive studied with Gurudev of Amrit Yoga and found myself out of town without my yoga nidra CDs, found this app as well as the full app, and have been using them twice daily for almost a year. Ive referred countless people to them, also my yoga and meditation teachers. I love these apps.
I use the app on my short commute. Perfect length 10 mins! Longer nidra is great at home but this is ideal for on the go!
This is terrible. His voice and accent are so distracting. Very sharp and unsettling. I take a yoga nidra class weekly and am experienced in this. The guide should make you float away with serenity not agitate you.
